Image Glassworks, Inc. is owned and operated by two brothers; Michael & Matthew Merlina. With a family background that goes back almost 60 years in the glass industry, we understand the importance of customer service, fast response times, and quality craftsmanship. Our billing procedure on items that we must either fabricate or order out is a 50% deposit, and the remainder paid upon completion of the job.
"My initial experience was good. Crack in double glazed window - paid over $600 for glass replacement (which seemed excessive, but I needed it done quickly and included window removal and reinstall). No issues and looked good when done. Cold weather came and there was condensation, then when weather cooled further, ice, on the glass, inside the house. I had never had this issue before, nor was it ever seen with the "partner" window (they are a pair on either side of a bay window), so I tried to get it resolved. Months of back and forth later, someone came out and re-caulked the exterior of the glass (2 visits). No other visits or attempt to remedy e.g. check on vacuum seal or anything else. First cold weather snap, condensation inside again. Emails after reporting this ignored, always "in a meeting" when I call, calls not returned. Michael finally left a voicemail that it must be the frame, which is not what they deal with, so nothing more to be done and has since responded only to public posts. I sent photos showing they replaced the metal interior frame between the panes (no idea why), so it's not just the glass they dealt with and they removed and reinstalled that as part of the repair. I have called as well, twice since then, but no response 3 days later. 12 months of aggravation and no resolution. They just abdicate responsibility and have no interest in resolving the issue that occurred while the window was being repaired. I definitely don't recommend this business."

His work was of the highest quality, great communication, and his attentiveness to detail was excellent. They even cleaned out one of our existing gutters on a different part of the roof. They were thorough and cleaned up the job site perfectly. Would easily hire again."
