The ropes have broken off on two of the five needed to operate the awning.I have reach out to Atlantic Awning both Gail and Cheryl to look for a solution to this issue and have received nothing but compliments from both of them on every possible issues except my concern .They don?t seem to care about their customers . I have had to call them they have never gotten back to me even though both have told me they would. Used this company for over 30 years and have had issues but never like this . I purchased the product around October of 2023 never would I have thought the ropes would be broken off in such a short period of time. I wouldn?t recommend using this company,I for sure will not in the future 30 years I guess they must figure the chances are I wouldn?t be around to purchase awnings again being in my middle sixties.Just an awful feeling."
