Joshua, the owner, showed up with one helper and they both worked efficiently and even went to a HD to pick up some caulk and a tiny stainless cover for a small hole in the sink. The job went off without a hitch and the workers were polite and professional. I'd hire them again. He also is a licensed oil burner tech.

My heating unit was acting strangely, it would light up only occasionally, It would only work on low fire.  It would not ramp up to hire fire.  I had 3 different tech come through to diagnose the problem.  They all were guessing at the issue, They all supposedly spoke with tech support and yet they all had different answers as to what the issue was.  None of their solutions seemed to make sense.  I finally found stan and he came back over several days and several calls to tech support.  He was the only one to have the patience to accurately diagnose the issue.  I was about to give up and just buy a new furnace and have that installed.  Stan talked me out of it.  He cancelled his afternoon plans and came once again.  This time he said he wouldn't leave until we had a solution.  He saved me  a lot of money by not having to purchase a new system and by not allowing me to pay the so-called techs who didn't do anything.  Stan was a life saver, (for I truly believe my wife was plotting to kill me) I will only use him from now on for tune ups diagnosis, anything related to my heating or air conditioning.
