"It has been wonderful working with Bob! We first needed to repair rotted fascia boards and window sills on the back side of our home. "We had 17 windows and a patio sliding door replaced by Morgan Exteriors, and from start to finish their representatives were outstanding to work with. Lou came to our house twice to show us our options and give us demonstrations on the windows; PJ came over to measure; and Skylar and Reid did the installation in two days. All were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, honest and caring. After the job was done, Lou stopped by to check out the job, and PJ came over to help with an issue with one of our blinds. "Everyone was prompt, polite, and efficient. The Quality Manager set a convenient appointment for a quality review (couple of days after install). He found several minor things.
