"Silva Express Painting has been my favorite contractor to work with on a project that requires contractors from plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, masonry, flooring, and more. Chet and his team are professional, and deliver above and beyond. He is easy to communicate with, responsive, his pricing is fair — even when changes need to happen mid project unexpectedly (paint was peaking through despite multiple coats because of previous paint used). He kept to the schedule, arrived on time, provided updates along the way. The transformation he made in the spaces he painted are better than I could have imagined they’d be. I didn’t think some of the walls could be as smooth as he left them given the condition they were in to begin with. "Mark was very friendly, professional, responsive and finished the job a timely manner. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to accurately describe the scope of the project up front. We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan.
