"It went great! Ben was the contact person and remained very communicative, professional and easy to work with. He came to examine the location of the squirrel in habitation, returned to put up traps and then returned on a few locations to check the traps. When deemed the location was void of any squirrels, removed traps and patched the hole in the fascia board to prevent from future inhabitants. Ben provided me with text updates thought out the entire process and remained available to answer all my questions. I would definitely call them again. Thank you!"

"I had to have multiple squirrel nests removed from beneath multiple solar panels on my roof. Tim call me right away and gave me a quote. While performing the work, he discovered more nest than originally thought. He removed them and still charged me the original price quoted. I would definitely recommend for any critter elimination needed."

"Extremely polite technicians and thorough evaluation of my problem. I liked the fact that they preferred critter removal rather than chemicals. Interesting that they do not accept credit cards."

"We have been using this company every year (twice a year) for preventative pest service control. They have been very responsive and the technician they sent is top notch and helpful. No pest in the house, mouse control bait station filled, downstairs bugs eliminated. Very happy with their professionalism, service and products. Will continue using them."

"

I had a very positive experience using Yankee Pest Control.  I appreciated that Galvin Jr. showed up on time and when he said he would. That is hard to find with most service providers nowadays!  We walked through my house and he pointed exactly how and where the termites had compromised the basement foundation.  He explained thoroughly, the process and cost it would take to remediate the situation.  They came out a couple of days later and performed their services just as he explained-no sudden changes that required more money as I've heard of with some other guys.

Overall, I was very impressed with how Yankee Pest Control runs their business and I felt that their prices were reasonable.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.
