That is hard to find with most service providers nowadays!  We walked through my house and he pointed exactly how and where the termites had compromised the basement foundation.  He explained thoroughly, the process and cost it would take to remediate the situation.  They came out a couple of days later and performed their services just as he explained-no sudden changes that required more money as I've heard of with some other guys.
