"I hired Jim Sullivan to repair 2 chimneys and thatâ s exactly what he did. He beat out my 4 estimates that I got to repair the chimneys. Started right away worked everyday till they were finished and kept me informed what he was doing. Randy his partner got everything ready for Jim to get to work on and the day started. Wow what a turn out my chimneys are gorgeous. Jim and Randy worked very hard in the heat all day long but got the job done in the time they said they would. If you want the job done right call Jim Sullivan Mason he is the best. They left the place nice and clean like nobody was there. Thank You Jim and Randy! Will absolutely hire Jim Sullivan again."

"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

JT provided a very detailed quote and offered several options to address the issue. After we decided to work with him, he started very quickly as some bad weather was in the forecast. "Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"
