"Claudio and his team were professional, polite and worked quickly. They did great work painting ceilings and walls for every room in our newly purchased home (that was in desperate need of TLC). "Ari threw out two old doors, installed an interior door and a storm door (insulating the wall around the door to keep the cold out), repaired a leaking ceiling that was caused by a rotted gutter that he repaired and cleaned out the gutters around the whole house. He is one amazing professional contractor."

"These guys did an awesome job on our old house foundation inside and out. It looks fabulous we are happier then we even expected. "I called terry to see if my counter could be raise as my new dishwasher would not fit where my old one was. I was told I had to either cut the floor or do the counter over He said it would be a lot of work as I have tile that would have to be cut. You can technically install tile over tile, but we don’t suggest it. Installing tile over any surface that isn’t a completely flat and prepared subfloor will result in a shoddy overall job, uneven flooring, tiles that don’t adhere, extra weight, gaps, cracks, and room for moisture and dirt to enter. For the best results, only install new tile on a flat, sanded surface like subflooring or concrete that is prepared for tile.

If you have asbestos tile and would rather tile over it than remove it, or if your existing tile is completely flat and bonded tightly to the floor, you may be able to tile over existing tile. But experts recommend thinking twice before you do.

Unsanded grout, while more expensive, is easier to fit between thin gaps and is less harsh on delicate materials, like glass tile.

Grout lines should typically be between 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick. This ensures enough room for the grout to dry properly and makes them wide enough to look clean and professional. If grout lines are too small, it can be easier to see imperfections in the spacing.
