The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity. "Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up.
