"Camp installed a tub surround, 3 tiled showers, and tiling in 4 bathrooms and an entrance hall floor. Great communication and hard working installers who showed up early and left late to get the job done. At initial walk through, Cristiano had an eye for the details of each room, and was able to spot some areas of concern related to plumbing and trim work. He offered solutions and design suggestions that resulted in a great look."

"Can I give A++ ratings? I contacted this company based on good ratings on Angie’s List and a visit to homeowners who had worked with the Ranieris. I was thrilled that they cared about the price and a superior result. They showed up, had thought out the plan well and did the work daily. They coordinated with subs. And they did all of this with good nature regardless of the heat and humidity or pop up issues. They stand by results with utmost integrity. My pool looks fabulous and we are very happy. I would hire them again always."

"Vista installed new vinyl siding on our house and I couldn't be happier with the result. Our house looks brand new and I love the color. The communication was excellent! Every step of the project was very organized and I loved how Keith and Brian checked in every few days. The work crew was very repectful of our propery and the quality quality of work is amazing. Overall it was a refreshing, seamless experience. I would highly recommend them."

"

Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.

"Richard took one look at the problem and figured out why the drain was backing up-
The Stand Pipe was tilted down.
He got a block of wood and propped it up ...He  waited while the washer ran through a cycle and
  drained - with no problems.
He didn't even charge for the service call!He said that he didn't want to take my money when he really didn't do any work!
This is the second time I've used him, and would
use him any time for anything!"

Glass Block questions, answered by experts

Luckily, glass block windows need minimal maintenance. Other than regular cleaning, the only maintenance involved in having a glass block window is inspecting for cracks every year and applying sealer to the mortar joints if the blocks are set in masonry mortar. Glass block windows hold up well against wind and moisture better than traditional windows and are not prone to rot.

New glass costs anywhere from $3 to $100 per square foot. More specifically, tempered and insulated glass—a common option for sliding glass doors—costs between $10 and $14 per square foot.

Glass block mortar is the best choice for glass block window units. It is specifically formulated for glass block window installation. Glass block mortar is usually a mixture of Portland cement, sand, and special chemicals. It is a white mortar that is applicable inside and outside your home. Do not use regular tile mortar because it may not have the binding strength and flexibility required for glass block windows.

Yes, many professionals provide custom-cut glass replacements for enclosures that require precise sizing.

Glass block windows typically last for 15 to 30 years, which is slightly less than the 20- to 50-year lifespan of standard windows. You can extend their life by resealing them every few years. Professional installation is also key to ensuring the windows are placed correctly and will function properly for years to come. A professional installer will have the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to install these features and can identify potential issues like damaged frames or cramped areas during a consultation.
