I was told it could be fixed. I called him again about it then, never heard from him again. I totally expected to pay for that service as it was not their fault. But, instead they chose to ignore me. "Jake was very professional and easy to work with as far as scheduling, etc. We had a patio resurfaced. It looks 1000 times better than before. The crew was efficient and left the work area clean each time they were here. They were careful and examined the work after each step. They decided to redo part of the patio because the base coat didn't adhere properly -- they did this without being asked. Overall, they did a very good job; a little disappointed that they couldn't level minor (less than 1/4") depressions in the concrete where water puddles after it rains, but they told me at the outset that they couldn't do that. It wasn't cheap to hire them, but after watching the work that they put in, I feel that I got my money's worth!"
