Tim and his team created a beautiful pool, patio and fire pit in our very overgrown backyard. His vision was brilliant. He turned a boring backyard into a resort. AND Tim actually answers his phone when you call and answers texts. Tim, as the owner of Precision Pools and Patios personally attends to every detail. We highly recommend him.

We hired Tim to install our in-ground pool and Patio just about a year ago, in July of 2019. We are more than delighted with our pool and patio. Tim and his team took the extra care and time to get every detail just right. Tim is truly a talented individual, that really takes personal pride in the quality of his jobs. Great workmamship! Stamped impressions are deep, the color fantastic and job site was always clean and neat. My son who is very picky is very impressed. I can and would highly recommend Tim and Precision for any of your deck pool or patio work.

Tim was very knowledgeable of all the products for our pool from the liner to the filter and everything in between. The stamped concrete looks amazing and created the perfect pool area. Tim has been available to us at any time if we needed help with the filter, heater, or chemically balancing our pool water throughout the summer. We are thrilled with the service and the final product.

A positive experience from start to finish. Brenda was friendly and knowledgeable and promptly scheduled Tim to stop by and give a price and explain what would need to be done for the walkway. He was obviously experienced, easy to understand and professional. Tim gave me a quote and stuck with that amount when the bill was given. The work was completed and I'm very happy with the quality of finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Precision Pools and Patios in the future. It's a pleasure to do business with honest people who have pride in their work.

Precision Pools & Patios replaced our inground pool liner and we couldn't be happier with the results. Tim helped us to select the perfect color to coordinate with our existing pool deck and landscaping. Time was also readily available to answer our questions and completed the project in a timely manner. We highly recommend Precision Pools & Patios.

Absolute nightmare. We contracted with Tim in January for a complete pool renovation and concrete deck. We paid him over $70,000. before we finally had to fire him due to shoddy workmanship and many broken promises. We tried really hard to make it work with him but now have to spend thousands re-doing, repairing and/or completing his work. For example he outsourced the stamped concrete to PBI in Norwood but even weeks after the deck was poured he did not make any expansion joint cuts -not to mention the decorative cuts he had promised. There are already significant and worsening cracks in the concrete. He made no cuts between the deck and the coping so the coping is compromised. He put some kind of slippery sealant on the coping which is a huge hazard and has to be sandblasted off and redone. He said the pool was safe to swim in when it was hooked up with a long extension cord hanging out of a second story window and he did not ground/bond the pool. He misrepresented the aggregate pebble we thought we were paying for giving us samples of Pebble Tec to choose from but when PBI showed up to plaster the pool they used a different product. We paid him all along the way and as soon as he got a big check he would disappear for days and not communicate his plans for finishing the project. I could go on and on. Finally had enough of it as we realized so much of the work needed to be redone and that we had already overpaid him. He is now sending us threatening letters because we terminated the contract and saying we owe him money! Needless to say we have had to hire an attorney and intend to pursue this as far as we can to try to recoup some of the money but mostly try to prevent others from having to go through this. Update 07/13/2018: I submitted a review on this company regarding our extremely negative experience . When the owner (Tim Kelley) read the pending review, I received these two texts from him: "You steal money from my family and now you give bad reviews. I can't wait to see you in court." and "Take it down or I'll start doing the same thing on your sites." These texts are an example of his threatening behavior. He has also called other contractors who are helping us rectify the damage he caused and harassing them, calling them "scumbags" for helping us. I have informed our attorney but HomeAdvisor should also be aware of his threatening response to our review. I can document everything stated in the review with photographs as well as from the pool expert we had to hire to assess the extent of the problems.

Well done job, clean up was great, courteous staff. Friends and family all love the result and the difference the extra space provides. Already makes a difference in our outdoor entertaining. Appreciated company owners feedback on integrating project with our current patio area.

Tim and Pete were very attentive to detail and went the extra mile without question. They even power-washed mold off my breezeway because they thought it would look better.
