When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. The replacement window was then improperly sized and cut on multiple occasions by the window company. Bob was very patient and skilled in dealing with the window company and making work what we had available until the right size window was delivered. Simply put... I would have not been able to accomplish this by myself. He was not satisfied until the window was correctly sized and correctly installed.
