Best basement remodelers near Northfield, MA

"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well. Gisele speaks both English and Portuguese and will do translating when necessary for Amir and her cleaning staff. I am having fun learning some Portuguese words, too! They are delightful, easy to correspond with, up-to-date with technology (you can text and Venmo them), and I will continue to use their services."

"Steve and team did an amazing job. They replaced the fireplace flue and left no dust and were very careful around the house and the roof. Excellent work, happy customer. Thanks!!"

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."

"Dave and his crew came in and were very professional from start to finish. They were very meticulous with the installation of the new cabinets, and the granite countertop was handled with care and placed perfectly with ease. The crew were very hardworking, and even replaced some rot they had found without elongating the time frame Dave had estimated, which was great. Already spoke with him about further remodeling and am definitely hiring him for doing so. Thank you Dave and crew, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with your work."

"Jody was responsive to my many questions about the work that the crew was doing at my house. What started out as a simple remodel of an addition became a larger job due to rot in the original poor framing. Justin K., who first led the crew, was very helpful in walking me through the steps of the process as things changed and this played out as I was told it would. The crew was hard-working, conscientious, professional and pleasant."

"Thanks for your services was nice experience to has business ? with you I home my wishes come true no more Abuse, sickness, hungry, or homeless, My Broking Heart"

"My parents just had a remodel done by Platinum Carpentry. These are their comments:
Our project just recently finished. It was done on time, at
budget and without a single problem. Every crew Dean had come here worked hard
and quickly. We had demolition, carpentry, plumbers, electricians, drywall,
plasterers, HVAC, hardwood floor finishers, cabinet installers and painters
(kitchen, dining room & bath remodel) and they all did an excellent job. Dean
is very organized and was cooperative with all of our pesky changes during the
project. You will do no better than dealing with Platinum Carpentry. And you
will love the end results."

"They were absolute fabulous. They were on time. They were here when they said were gonna be here. I couldn't say enough good things about them. I instructed them and they followed through what they said they were going to do. I have some people come into my house and complemented me about the kitchen. I referred them to other people. One other person has used them and was satisfied."
