He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."

My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me.
