Once the heater was delivered, I contacted him again and he promptly set up an appointment to install. Everything went very smoothly with installation. Peter was professional, courteous, and a really nice guy. He facilitated a permit and inspection of the installation with the town. Any questions that I had were quickly answered via email. He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."
"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job.
