We had a fairly complex situation with fairly challenging topography, a restricted wetland area behind our home which limited our options, and a townhome situation - requiring coordination with multiple units. "I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below.
