I was never quite sure if they were coming back to complete another round and many times I ended up having to shovel my own walkway and steps. And, then they would show up at 7PM (too late). Workers were a little unclear as to what was included in our snow removal contract. Sometimes not all the work was completed. My guess is that any snow removal company would have had similar issues based on the volume and frequency of snow this past year."
