With the amount of weeds we had I thought that the job would take at least 1/2 day. Jorge arrived with a two man crew and they tackled the job. Within two hours all weeds and several shrubs had been removed and everything was cleaned up and taken away. Jorge and his guys were very polite and did not waste any time in doing this job! "The quality of work completed was good given the amount of snow. Timing of work completed was not consistent. I was never quite sure if they were coming back to complete another round and many times I ended up having to shovel my own walkway and steps. And, then they would show up at 7PM (too late). Workers were a little unclear as to what was included in our snow removal contract. Sometimes not all the work was completed. My guess is that any snow removal company would have had similar issues based on the volume and frequency of snow this past year."
