Not only did Scott fully appreciate the scope of the problem quickly, he reassured us he had extensive experience correcting a number of these issues, and together with his structural engineer devised a creative fix relative to proposals from other contractors that preserved a significant amount of headroom in our attic should we ever want to finish it."
