We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary
