They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. You hire a company to perform the services they advertise, but you recommend a company (and person) based on the quality of the work and how each step of the process went, from initial contact to project completion. Stephen is extremely professional and comes with a great attitude to get the work done. Removing the demo from a plaster and tile bathroom is not white glove type work, which made the time he spent at cleaning up after every step of the process that much more appreciated. Highly recommended and I expect I will be calling on him again in the future."

When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Once again, NE Renovations did themselves proud! We had a problematic boiler system that was giving us fits for years, but were reluctant to pull the trigger for a new one. Richard and the team found the right boiler for our home's layout and our needs. They installed the boiler, took the other one away, and we barely knew they were there! To top it all off, they even took care of the rebate from National Grid and just took that amount straight off the already very reasonable bottom line!
