Great company !! Gary came out & did the initial evaluation & ordered the parts needed. Frank came out & did the install. I found both Gary & Frank to be very professional as well as friendly . They answered all my questions & gave me tips to keep the garage door working properly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done guys !!

Gary was great! They are prompt and courteous and have competitive prices and, Gary is extremely knowledgeable. Since our 120 year old garage had an unusual sized opening, we needed a specially sized door made so, it was important to work with someone who knew what they were doing (not all of the estimators we had out did) They also have a good warranty. I highly recommend them!

Top quality service here. They were quick to respond to set up an appointment. Gary called ahead on that day and said he was actually a little early so could he come over early, and that was great for me. He quickly figured everything out. Great attitude. Very friendly and took the time to explain a lot about how the thing works and how to take care of it and what to look out for. Really could not have asked for better service.

Gary came out to my house promptly, was very informative about the types of doors that would be good for my house, and always answered my many many emailed questions over a month immediately. He was patient. He came with another person to install 2 Haas insulated steel doors on a Saturday. They did a great job, cleaning up after the work & answering all my inquiring questions. Gary returned a few weeks later to install a special part on one of the doors. He apologized for the delay even though Haas doors had been the one to take a long time to deliver that part. His price was competitive. He provided a warranty of his labor for 5 years and a 1 year service coverage.

Professional and quick service

Gary was great. Explained all the options, and when the manufacturer delivered the wrong door he promptly had it replaced. High quality product and great job installing. Was slightly more expensive than the more economical options but well worth the price differential. I have a good looking well-insulated door that makes a big difference.

I had 2 old wooden doors that could not keep the cold out. Had Gary come and look over the old doors and asked him what he recommended. Showed me new insulated doors that he guaranteed would keep the cold out and keep the garage warmer.

(Before I went with him I had 4 other garage door companies come to the house and give me quotes and see what the recommended)

Metro had the best prices and best product so I decided to go with them. Made and appointment and had Metro come down one day and had them install the doors. What I liked about them a lot was that they came on time. I've had other companies come to the house to get work done and they never show up on time. Very friendly and clean.

Great service! The technician was actually 10 min early and was very friendly. When he approached the garage, I could tell he knew what he was doing. Had another company come over before and they said I needed to new springs and my chain was worn, etc etc. This repairman made a few adjustments and replaced only what was needed which ended up saving a few head aches and which made me very pleased.
