I called Raynor Doors at 11:30 am. I described the problem to the person answering the phone. She suggested the most likely cause of the problem, advised the best solution and estimated the cost to make the repairs at $225 (assuming the proposed solution was correct). She said a repairman was at a job in my neighborhood and should calling me shortly.  Ten minutes later, she called me back and said repairman was on the way. Ten minutes after that, he was at my house. He inspected the garage door, confirmed both springs were broken. He had everything he needed to do the job with him. The repair took about an hour, the actual cost turned out to be $191. The repairman was courteous and took the time to explain some things about garage doors and springs. He also took the time to grease the screw drive on the garage door opener.
Called at 11:30 am, job complete by 1:00 pm. Great work at a fair price. Doesn't get any better than that.

I heard about Raynor from my sister who had had work done by them.  I scheduled an appointment a week out, although they could have come sooner.  Work was done at a part-time home, and that suited my schedule.  The service man was prompt, immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour.  He was courteous, knew his business and had the door back in operation quickly.

Replaced our springs and let us know that the door was too heavy for the bracket that it was attached  to. The bracket was not strong enough to hold the door up, that;s why our springs broke.  If he hadn't had told us this the door could have came down on us. Were lucky this hadn't happened in the 15 years we lived here.  He could have just replaced the brackets and left. Instead he took the time to find out why this happened and by doing this he prevented us from having a horrible accident either to us or our cars.  Thank you Raynor Doors for sending such a qualified technician to handle this job.  10 Stars to your Company.  Will Definately recommend to all our friens.

Simply put, simply replaced outdated opener with a brand new one. Added outside access box with the car remote. Timely and professional.

Exchanged emails to obtain a quote.   They came out to our house and explained the various options.  I accepted the quote and had to provide a 50% down payment.  They came out two days later at a pre-arranged time and installed the door, reconnecting it to my existing garage door opener.  The door looks great and open/closes with hardly a sound,   Very professional!

I called Raynor doors and they booked me for 2 days later, gave me an estimate and the final cost was less than the estimate...I have NEVER had that happen.  Thank you Raynor Doors!

You waited many months before you asked me for a review and I really can't remember the details. It went well, that's all I can say and I would recommend that company to anyone who needed garage door service.

It was one week from estimate to finish.  The installer did a great job, nothing left behind, doors work flawlessly.

Our garage door was stopping half way up when attempting to open it. Mike came out to our house and he said the spring/ guide hardware was incorrect for the size/weight door that we had. He was able to adjust/tighten the spring to help alleviate the problem for the time being.  He seemed knowledgeable and was very personable.

We called one other service who is NOT listed on Angie's list and they did not respond at all. We waited a couple of days, then called Raynor Doors. They answered their phone immediately and made an appointment for the next day. The technician who came the next day was very knowledgeable and skilled. At first he said he thought our trouble was a spring but checked the spring and it was fine; he then looked all along the door and the frame and discovered it was a bracket that had been worn through. He replaced the bracket and a cable that was frayed as a result of the worn bracket. Altogether it took him about 2 hours to diagnose and replace the faulty parts. He went over everything with us and told us what the cost would be; he also showed us the faulty parts when he finished. The door has worked perfectly ever since it was repaired. We are so thankful!

We got a very good quality door. I looked at home improvement places, and I was very careful to check the different types of doors. I was impressed with what I found out about them. We had used them years ago for a minor repair, so we called them first. We are very happy with everything. It was an expensive door, but I'm happy with it.
