"Absolutely incredible. I wouldn't trust another person with my floors ever. Tran and his crew did my entire house!!! First floor all new hardwood. Second floor some new, some refinished. It's absolutely remarkable work. It's even and level and no thresholds!!! Which was virtually impossible because we had a cape with two additions added and crazy roof lines and settling. They did the impossible. Check out these beautiful floor vents!!! As soon as I met Tran I knew I could trust him. I just knew, intuition. We left him and his crew the key to our house for a week and not a thing was out of place. Really great human beings with hard work ethic and good souls. Thank you again Tran!!!"

I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone in need of hardwood flooring installation or refinishing."

Since that time, we have received no updates - despite numerous attempts to get an updated schedule. Since they were not responding to texts or calls, we sent a certified letter to the business asking for an update or our deposit back by December 1. Today is December 1 and we still have not heard anything from the business. The lack of communication feels deceptive. I am concerned that they are just trying to rob us of our deposit and am prepared to take legal action."
