"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"We hired KATS Construction for a Kitchen dining room remodel with removal of walls. Tom referred us to a very reputable cabinetry company who did an awesome job as well. The contractors were very professional, courteous and prompt. Tom was always in communication as to schedules of his crew, and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He took care of any permits and approvals that were needed. Due to personal emergency we needed to stay home through the construction since day 1. Tom and his crew all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to stay in the house. We are very pleased with the outcome. It feels like a brand new home. I would highly recommend KATS Contruction, Tom and his crew, We thank them all."

"I had a very satisfying experience with my basement remodel! I was referred to Peter Rousseau and immediately the estimate was on the Button. I added some other tasks as well as upgraded materials to really make the basement a family room and he was very fair about charging me for these extras. I love my new basement!"

"Amazing! Ramy and his team did an amazing job and really take a lot of pride in their work! He removed the old door, fixed the rotted parts of the floor, and installed a new slider. My wife and I can’t believe how good it looks and the improvement it made. We will hire Ramy and Chakur Construction for our new hardwood floor install shortly. Look no further when you need any remodeling in your home. I research everything before I make a decision and am so happy I chose Chakur!"

"In a time, that friends were getting excuses about delays I was getting work done and done well! They were upfront about expectation and cost. Their ideas to solve limitations were invaluable. I 100% recommend Remodel or Renew."

"It was great to have Sean and his skilled team to do a complete remodeling of our kitchen. They are very professional, and kept the schedule on every phase of the project. For our next project for sure we know who to trust and who to go to! We highly recommend Handy & Some, LLC"

"I Hired Men Construction for my bathroom remodel. The process was very simple, they listened to my needs and Kendra came up with cost saving ideas. She was awesome and pretty much held my hand through the entire process. I liked the shower surround they used for my stand up shower. It looks like stone but is not. The guys that did the install and Teddy did such a great job. I got an estimate from 2 other companies and Men Construction was a much more reasonable price. I will use them again for other projects and recommend them to anyone!!"
