"We hired this contractor for what was expected to be a straightforward job, but unfortunately it was not completed and took significantly longer than anticipated. During the work, there was damage to our home, including multiple holes in the walls, and the plumbing was nicked, resulting in a leak. There was also damage in the basement that will now require repair by a licensed plumber. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the quality of work and the overall outcome."
