"Owner/arborist was forthcoming in discussing the work, reviewed options, pros & cons, and provided his expertise about the trees and work in question. He came on the day, actually offered an early day (which I couldn't take advantage of but was great to be asked!), and did all the work efficiently and effectively. "Bernie was very knowledgeable and informative. They guys that came and took down the tree were polite, efficient, neat and considerate of neighbors. The only glitch in the whole process was with setting up the appointment for the estimate. We had differences on the date of the initial appointment. It was rescheduled and then had to be rescheduled again on a day I wasn't going to be here. That said, it was done and I was given the information I needed."
