The day of work his crew arrived on time: all of them were friendly and respectful. They worked efficiently and the end product was better than I had hoped for (i.e. faster and with stellar pick-up). "I cannot say enough positive things about Palmer Tree Service. Their response time was immediate when I contacted them for a quote, and Gustavo was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out. Their quote was BY FAR the best out of three other companies, and their work was top-notch and worth every penny. We had a huge hemlock completely taken down, along with two other mature trees thinned out- none of which were easy to access with heavy equipment. The arborists were obviously masters at their job and amazing to watch, as much of it was done by hand. After the job was done, they cleaned up every last log and piece of sawdust; you couldn't tell they were ever there. I would give 10 stars if I could... and I am a very critical person!"

"Adam called me immediately and met me that same day. I hired the company and they cut my grass that same day. They used a ride on mower and my land is uneven so some areas were shorter than others. Two days later they spread 10 yards of hemlock mulch and recut some areas of my grass with push mower. They will use a push mower in the future. My yard now looks beautifully landscaped. Communication is definately key with this company. They aim to please!!"
