"Bob has done numerous projects for our old house over the years mainly carpentry, and most recently to replace cedar siding on a large area of the house. Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. Because of this history, we have a lot of trust that Bob will do an excellent job at whatever project he accepts. "

"We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don?t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years."

"I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. I have not seen customer service like this at another company in a long time. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. From the CEO to the college kid on the floor and everyone in between- I have been so impressed with their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Itâ s amazing they employee so many people who are each individually so helpful. You can tell the owners really care about how their store is represented and that they care about the quality of their work. We (like several other families) decided to build our pool during quarantine in 2020. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

"Josh does our pool, weekly service as well as openings and closings and anything else that needs to be taken care of. He and his crew are incredibly helpful, they will assist us with anything we ask, even tasks not directly associated with our pool. They are thorough, clean, friendly, and make sure that our pool is always sparkling clean, that our filter and heater, etc. are in top shape, and that we have the necessary supplies available. We never have any problems, and we know that if we run into one, they will be here to take care of it."

"Steve was amazing. Having not had the air ducts cleaned for around 10 yrs I was worried that they would be in pretty rough shape. Amazingly not. The dryer vent cleaning was another story. The dryer had build up over time that the vent sensor was coming on all of the time. As the duct work was installed in an unusual method to begin with, Steve managed to piece it apart and resolve the clogs at the pinch points. Amazing service and professionalism from start to finish."
