I didn't have much hope it could be repaired because someone else had already looked at it and advised it had to be replaced. He completed smaller tasks and efficiently repaired an entryway ceiling, with a second person assisting to get it done quickly. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."
