We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! "I hired this contractor to repair my back porch and they recommended using stone tiles and replacing the columns. Contractor did not give a contract or receipt. A couple of months later some tiles lifted I called the repair it and they promised to fix it, but they never showed up and stopped taking my calls."

He showed on time and put in his best efforts to replace a bathroom ceiling's fan, then he painted the ceiling. It took him a couple of attempts to figure out the best finish for our ceiling, but he eventually did an amazing job and we are all very pleased with the outcome. I will most likely hire him for other future jobs."

When I contacted Jack in the summer he set clear expectations when he could provide me with a quote and he was very punctual with it. After inspecting the work that needed to be done, he provided several options and was very patient with the follow up questions. Once we finalized on the option, he worked very fast to get the necessary paperwork. He did all the work himself and with high quality. He even helped me with a contact with another contractor for something unrelated to the job that he was doing. Jack communicates very well, and he always answers e-mails and texts promptly. We highly recommend Jack, and we would gladly hire him for future projects."

"Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. He has stated that it?s not his faults things don?t get done - it?s because his workers don?t pick up the phone. Also you will sign a contact with him and then when project is complete, he will say its more than what was agreed upon. Be careful! It?s not fun living with no bathroom lights due to failed promises "

"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."
