"Cosme and his crew did excellent work at a reasonable price, and did it quickly. When an unexpected rainstorm messed up the stain he had just put on the deck, he happily returned within a couple days to redo the work. Responsible, and easy to work with."

"Tom comes across as a knowledgeable and experienced craftsman. He listens rather than impose his views, is pragmatic, and easy to work with. Comes across as someone who enjoys his work and wants to give his best. I hired tom to re-do my deck railings but soon the project expanded due to rotten stairs under the deck and other ideas I had. He was accommodating. Did a great job. Since he is a one-man army, he will take his time and that worked fine with me as I was in no rush. So he may not be suitable for someone who wants everything done ASAP. Will be rehiring him for additional projects."
