Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. Claude is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He told us to contact him if we ever have any service issues. "We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

The temperature and humidity is just right in every room of the house, including the basement level as they installed an air return there to keep the basement dehumidified. "We recently had NETR install a ductless system in our single family home, and the entire experience working with NETR was consistently impressive. Russell Dodd arrived to review our property, listen to our needs and concerns, and recommend a solution. Russell is a friendly guy with many years of experience with ductless installations and had all sorts of clever suggestions on how to make this installation work best in our home. It's worth noting we also had 2 other top rated competitor firms visit to conduct property reviews, and the people that showed up were significantly less experienced than Russell and clearly did not have the product knowledge or range of ideas that Russell shared during his visit. Within days of Russell's visit we had an installation quote/estimate in hand and after sorting out a few details with NETR we scheduled an installation date. The contract covered all the items we had discussed with Russell and was very straightforward. The NETR price was competitive and in the same ballpark as the other companies – but with far superior follow-up and consultant services. There were no surprises or unclear items listed on the NETR quotes, while the quotes we received from the other companies had some areas where costs were not entirely clear. On the day of the installation Jerry Odom arrived and was the technician assigned to lead our project. Jerry was super friendly and carefully took the time explaining his installation process, listened to and answered any of our questions, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the 2 full day installation Jerry quietly and skillfully pulled everything together and made sure the units were placed exactly where we had requested. He did an exceptional job hiding piping and basically making sure that the new units throughout the house were installed in a very clean looking manner. Jerry was joined by two colleagues at various points during the installation and all were equally competent and skilled professionals. From initial outreach to the final day of the installation we interacted with at least 5 different people from NETR. The staff working back in the office were also very professional and helpful at all times. We interacted with Eleni and even one of the owners at one point when calling to confirm installation dates. This is obviously a company that values taking great care of the customer and sets an expectation that their staff are all honest, helpful, responsive and fair in all interactions. NETR deserves all the superlatives that are used to describe their people, processes, and services. This is a business that clearly makes it a priority to take care of the customer and deliver top quality work. We are very happy that we chose NETR over other vendors and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a ductless system."
