Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. Claude is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He told us to contact him if we ever have any service issues. In the end I have a UNIQUE, highly functional kitchen. A few of the major issues were...I had no permanent washer dryer hook up. They plumbed it and set the electrical. My space was limited for storage before. United built custom cabinets that increased my storage space 100% yet the storage is low profile and does not crowd the space. I wanted unique industrial counters so they opted for poured concrete. LOVE THEM! They go perfectly with my stainless steel appliances. They moved the gas stove which required moving the gas lines to the other side of the kitchen (a new kitchen island). To soften the look of the kitchen United created floating dark wood shelves. They repaired the old wood floors and refinished them. This is only a fraction of the work they did."

"Regie and Anton worked hard and efficiently. They packed the truck very well and had a system for balancing the load to protect fragile items. A little late due to traffic, but they called to let me know where they were. They got the job done in about the time I expected, perhaps even less time. I estimated 3-4 hours. For anyone moving, you have more stuff than you think. Overall, I'd recommend them. Don't forget to have ice and cold drinks available. Moving in the hot summer is hard work for them."
