They were very prompt. They did good work. But they were super expensive. I was charged $535.00 and he was here approximately an hour and a half less than $10 was in parts.

George was excellent. The fix was much simpler than expected and took about 10 minutes. George then reduced the quoted price from $125 to just $75 which I thought to be extremely fair. He also told me how to fix the issue the next time. I highly recommend Built-in-Vacuum System for any central vacuum needs.

I have a central vacuum that was not working. I hadn't used it in years and was thinking about getting it repaired. George called me right away when I put my request through and actually helped me decide not to repair the vacuum! He walked me through the process of deciding if I should even have him come out to look at it (all of this on the phone). This type of honesty is something you don't see every day. I would recommend him to anyone with a central vacuum.
