Excellent customer service! They called immediately after input in a request for an appointment and went over everything with me. Fast repair service. They arrived early and answered all of our questions. The work was done well and to our satisfaction. Friendly guy who did the work. Felt very comfortable with this company. Would recommend them and will use them again!

The person on the telephone was friendly, supportive and nice because I was upset about the damage that prompted me to call for the repair. She gave prompt updates on the availability of the service. When the men arrived, they were courteous and skilled.

"It is really unfortunate to receive a poor review from a customer that did not give us a chance to actually solve his problem. Back story; customer says he has had a leak problem for a while and has had a roofer and other companies out to try to solve the issue so now he was trying our glass company. We scheduled an appointment to assess and found we would need to do a water test on the windows that seemed to be the problem to see if any leaks came in - which they did a small amount. After the water test we made another appointment to delve further in and remove fascia boards etc to get to the root and solve the problem. Leaks are tricky problems to solve sometimes. Upon calling the customer to confirm our appointment he told us he didn't need us and was going to go back to the company that installed the windows. Not a big deal, but I don't think we deserve a false poor review when we weren't given the chance. We would have been glad to help."
