"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. "After an exhaustive search for a contractor to remodel our 3 bathrooms, we selected Keith and his team based on his approach, his experience, the cost, and for one really important reason. Keith is as authentic of a person that I have ever met. During the scoping process, Keith provided allowances, which allowed me and my wife to understand the estimate and understand what levers we had to pull. Keith provided candid feedback on our ideas and used his vast experience to share alternatives. After vetting other contractors, Keith was a pleasure to work with out of the gates. Keith took our plans and made them a reality. From the tilework, to the finish carpentry, to the plumbing and electrical, everything was done top notch. What was even more impressive, was that during the entire project, Keith and his team were personable, approachable, and respectful. Overall, Keith and his team delivered on their estimate, made changes when asked to, accommodated additional asks, and did it all professionally. It was a pleasure to have Keith and his team to make our dreams come to life. "Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"
