"Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."

He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. His information is solid and always leads you in the right direction. I am so fortunate to work with this man."

First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. I also feel that the trustworthiness of any vendor or contractor can especially be measured when something goes wrong. While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite.
