My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"
