Washington and his crew did a superb job with scraping, washing, priming and painting. They were very careful with details, and always left the work site clean. Their work is high quality and price is very reasonable.

They worked until dark each day, checked their work, and made my 34 year old house look like it is new. I am thrilled with the project!

When it comes to exceptional customer service and an outcome with a “WOW” factor, Aurora Exterior Painting is a model business! I am a repeat customer who understands what it takes to produce exceptional work and I appreciate and know a good thing when I see it. Needless to say, my most recent home improvement project was completed to my absolute satisfaction and within the proposed time frame. It began with clear and direct communication with the owner of the company, Mark Furlo, who provided a skilled and honest assessment of the project, followed by a timely and fairly priced bid for the work. Mark has always been impeccable with his word, courteous, personable and appropriate in every regard. Within a day my job was scheduled. Remarkably, the painters were underway within two days of the originally scheduled start date, arriving early each morning with a clear goal in mind for what they intended to accomplish for the day. They worked until 6:00 p.m. and took but a modest 15 minute break for lunch. At all times the surfaces surrounding the structure being painted were were meticulously protected, free of debris and left clean and organized at the end of the day. As mentioned, I am a repeat customer and as such, requested the same painter who painted our house years prior to lead and oversee the painting of our barn. Juca is a true force of nature and among the hardest-working, skilled professionals we have ever hired. Fantastic job ! Alexi and his crew were very professional. Clean and efficient - done in days - perfect job down to replacing wood and painting all trim and doors. Would definetly use them again and would highly recommend them for your painting needs ?

The price is fair but the work is sloppy. Patches of the walls were left unpainted. Had to ask the workers back to refinish. The doors were painted unevenly. Very hard to communicate. No advance notification when not showing up for work. When we pointed out that the work is not done properly, the owner gets defensive. Our house is only 1900 square ft but the painting took over two weeks. We had painted our house a couple of times before. All were done within 3 days.

Don't bother hiring anyone else. Aurora is the best. We've used them twice now and they continue to exceed our expectations. Price is very fair, and their service and work ethic is unsurpassed.

The end result was ok, but it was a pain to work with these guys. One guy provides an estimate, another runs the operation by sub contracting it out and a lot of things get lost in translation. 1. They garage paint was not painted although promised. 2. A downspout which was supposed to be replaced was not replaced 3. Trim around the main door frame was not painted 4. Painting was sloppy in many places 5. Nail holes were not filled 6. The advance paid to the estimates guy and a discount that was promised was not applied when the sub contractor provided the final bill They addressed all the above issues when I raised them, but it was not fun to point them out and make them do it,

Aurora was excellent. Their pricing was very competitive. We had the exterior of our home stained and lots of rotted wood replaced. From beginning to end, they were professional and great to work with. The crew that we had (Duarte, Ben, etc) was stellar. They were thorough and went above and beyond with their work. They were knowledgeable and friendly, a pleasure to have here at the house. They truly care. At the end of the job, they reviewed the work three times to make sure they didnt miss a detail. House looks great. Very happy with the crew, very happy with Aurora. Would hire them again and recommend to friends & neighbors.

The job was completed with very high quality. I've had my house painted many times before and these are the only exterior painters I would hire again. They did an outstanding job.

Absolutely excellent! We were completely satisfied with the entire job. Very professional. In the 53 years we have lived here, this was by far the best paint job done to our home.

Painters did an excellent job and completed the work in only three working days! The only problem was a bit of miscommunication between the owner and the actual painters, but they were able to resolve. The painters, for the most part, did not speak English, but they accomplished quite a bit in a very short time.

It went OK. I didn't realize that Aurora sub-contracted their painting. The painter was OK using a spay with brush to even out the finish. While not significant there were some over-spays. My concerns are the following. I didn't realized I was signing a fixed priced contract. I thought it was an estimate based on time and materials. When it came time to pay the question of time and materials it was "fixed priced" service. My bad. When they stained the gazebo one of the crew apparently fell into one of the screen panels causing damage (i.e., ripping away the screen from the panel). One, they told me they would remove the panels prior to staining and two, they never told me about the damage until I discovered it a few weeks later. The damage hasn't been repaired yet. Lastly, the painter initially refused to some of the work written into the contract (i.e., fill some nail holes prior to painting and paint the inside of the wood storage bin), because it wasn't "standard" painting work.

Mark and his crews were awesome. Mark was responsive from start to finish, and the crews were friendly, organized, and hard-working. The amount of time and focus spent on the prepping of the surface was outstanding and laid the foundation for a great overall job.

I was very pleased with painting job performed by Aurora.  The were prompt and clear in providing us a quote and answered all of questions.  They were the lowest of several bids and were thorough in determining the amount of work that was required.  The start of the job was delayed due to weather and it ended up taking a bit longer than they originally indicated, but that didn't prompt them to cut any corners.  I noticed a small amount of stray paint on a storm door during walk through and they came back the next day and painted the entire door at no extra cost.  It wasn't a particularly bothersome amount of paint, but the storm door now looks better than it did before.
