In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."
