He repaired an old concrete foundation, sealed the basement windows, dug out the exterior to make sure he completely sealed the cracks and even found an exposed electrical wire down in the basement and fixed that. They did there inspection and found a solution for the issue. They came out dug the out side of the foundation found the issues with our foundation and then sealed our foundation with a drainage system Now our basement is completely dry thanks again newlondonhomeimprovements"

"The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "Tom just completed a whole house Mold Remediation for me. Attic & basement. The attic which is split into two wings was heavily infested (?), the basement not so bad. This job was complicated by the fact that one wing had no easy access to the attic space. Tom resolved that nicely. He constantly went above & beyond and definitely put in more hours tha he had expected. But- would not take any extra compensation! I would definitely reccommends him for any future work."
