Tom arrived on time and installed a radon mitigation system within 5 hours. The work was professionally done and the work area was clean when Tom left. The radon mitigation system reduced the high level of radon to very low levels and gave us peace of mind during the winter months when the house is tightly closed and ventilation is at a minimum.

We could not have been happier with their response and service of a dryer vent that needed cleaning and replacement. Their response to our call was virtually immediate, and Thomas came to our home at 9 am the very next day. He diagnosed the issue, gave us some options. We were able to make a quick decision and, to our surprise, was ready to start the repair right then. He was finished within a couple of hours and took extra care to clean the area as if no repair work had been done - and probably left it cleaner than when he arrived. And we thought the cost was more than fair and reasonable, and that was money well spent. And we thought Thomas was a polite and enjoyable person to meet and have in our home, and we were happy to have met someone we can confidently call if and when the need arises in the future.
