A 1 Maintenance Master

Our 3 year old furnace was inconsistently working. There were multiple issues that had to be addressed because of improper installation from another company and a faulty part. Steve was great! Once he identified the part needed, he had the furnace company to overnight the part at no cost. The part arrived at the end of the following day and he immediately brought it over and installed it so we'd have heat. I can't say enough about how great it is to be able to count on him.

Went very well, and was very quick

Works like a charm.

But for now we have heat again.

This is our second time having Steve repair something.  Last time he repaired our wine refrigeration unit.  He's very knowledgeable and friendly.  He came right on time, dug right in, and in no time flat our oven was fixed!  I'll be calling Steve for all my repair needs going forward.

I had a very good experience with A1 Maintenance.  I found them on Angieslist after reading some good reviews and I was pleased to join the list of positive reviews.  I left a voicemail on Sunday and received a call back the following morning to schedule the repair.  The service man arrived on time, made the repair and explained the issue to the boyfriend (who was curious) and I like that he tested the machine to make sure the work was acceptable before payment.  I would definitely use A1 Maintenance again!

Steve came by, opened the unit up and knew very quickly what had gone wrong.  He explained it to me, and said he would be able to fix it, and would use an industrial filter in it so that the problem wouldn't happen again.  At 8pm I got a knock on my door - there was Steve with my fixed unit!  I would call him for any small appliance repairs.

Punctual, professional, and still going strong.

Two weeks ago my dishwasher was making some really nasty sounds. Within days it stopped working at all and the power turned completely off. I caled A1 and they came out within 2 days of the service call. The tech came out and took a look at it. He explained to me that the motor was blown. He was able to give me an exact price of how much it would cost to fix. He didnt just get me a new motor but one that included a new pump. The work was top notch and he even fixed the drainage hose to make sure that our dishwasher was working at optimal performance. Upon completion of the work, he took all his trash and cleaned up the mess
that came out from behind the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend this company. The turnaround for the part was roughly a week which was not too bad though this was mainly due to the amount of heating business he was performing as we are approaching winter. The tech even gave some free advice regarding my refrigerator and probably saved me $200 and an unnecessary repair. Though the tech came later than expected, he called beforehand to ask if this was ok. This kind of respect is what separates good service from great service. Thanks for the great service!

Our A/C broke July 5th, and after making a dozen frantic calls to have it fixed, A1 was able to have Steve(?) stop by THE NEXT DAY (which was a Saturday). He was very courteous and professional. He got our A/C working again just fine. Event though the A/C went on the fritz again a couple days later (it turned out to be an entirely different problem - we were low in Freon), they were very quick to come to our house to fix the issue. Great service. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak coming from bottom corner of washing machine (a 30+ year old machine) He checked it

out and was able to replace belts. I was thrilled to not have to buy a new machine :)

The experience was great. He is extremely efficient and he fixes it the first time, no need to give him a call back.
