The results are pure perfection at a more than reasonable price. The ceramic coating work makes the vehicles look better than new.

I arrived for my previously scheduled full interior detailing of my car I was told by the owner Dan Viens that he could not do the work that day. Apparently even though I paid a deposit he forgot to put me in the schedule. I rescheduled for the following week When I dropped my car off for my new detailing appointment Dan told me that the car would be ready in four hours at 1:00 pm and that I could wait for at a nearby bagel bakery. When I arrived at 1:15 Dan told me that he had not even started work on the car. After I asked him why he did not call me he began to scream, " I had two guys call out sick today. " I told Dan this was not appropriate or respectful of customers. Dan then esclated, shouting, " Get out old man. Get out of my shop. No, I am not giving you your deposit back." The real issue here is not Dan's lack of professionalism or customer service. It is his entirely innapropriate response to my legitimate concern about not receiving the service that I scheduled and paid for. Not informing me that he was unable to perform the work on time is disrespectful . Screaming and refusing to refund my deposit is uneithical. I understand that a business can have scheduling difficulties. Things don't alway run perfectly for any of us. My experience suggests though that Dan's problems run far deeper than running his business.

They were good. The cost included a complete cleaning of the interior. This was the first time I've used their service.

What a super job Village Detail did on our vehicle!  We brought the car in for a good interior cleaning in preparation for selling it.  The guys at Village Detail returned a car that was sparking clean and fresh, with mats shampooed and a thousand times better than when we brought the vehicle in.  I had brought a different vehicle in some months back for detailing, and the result was equally impressive.
Just be prepared to leave the car with them for a while while they do their magic.

I took my car here to get the interior detailed. They did a thorough job and had my car ready when promised. They cleaned the carpets and vacuumed the trunk and did a very nice job detailing. They also washed my car. My car looks really clean and I would definitely do it again.

It went great, he was able to get all of the sap off, and even minimize spots I knew had eaten the paint away. I was really impressed and pleased.

.I had a car with cigarette smoke in it. They were not able to get the smell all the way out, but they did work very hard to do so. They used everything they had in their tool box to keep trying. They were very polite and punctual and welcomed challenging jobs.

They were high quality work and they did the work and it was finished when they said it was going to be done. They are very friendly.

I called, and it was the owner that I talked to both times and he was just very forthcoming with information that I needed. He even gave me the pricing right upfront and made recommendations about what to do and what not to do. He was very accommodating to try and schedule me quickly. He was very friendly as well. It was a holiday on a Monday, and I was told they ended up getting sort of plans with people coming in because the weather was nice and they were down an employee that day. They were very apologetic when I called about picking up my car, so there was a 4-hour delay from what they had originally said. It wasn't inconvenient for me, so it didn't really bother me but if you were planning on having your car back and needed it then it might have been a problem. Everything else was just fine.
