The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better."

"Joel worked with us multiple time during the year to make repairs big and small to our antique stone house. He did everything from repainting the living room, kitchen, bathroom, wall repairs, toilet repair, repairing our outdoor spigot and installing a PVC pipe to exterior outlet of sump pump to remove a storm damaged tree and power-washing the side of house. Joel conducted himself professional and was punctual, neat and tidy. His workmanship was exemplary and he took great care to do the repairs correctly the first time, even if it took him a little longer to do."

This was our first renovation, so we did not think of all the tiny details that really finish a bathroom but he was there helping us along the way. Our finished basement had a powder room with a washer/dryer unit located in it. We moved those appliances out to make space for a full shower.
