When he got here he checked everything out, made a plan and shared it with me before starting work. He even installed another outlet inside which wasn’t in the original plan, right under the wall light fixture that he used to feed the new wire. No charge. "Not only did Ethan and his team solve our drainage/flooding problem, they made our backyard look BEAUTIFUL! Ethan met with me several times leading up to this work and was always thoughtful and generous with his time. He and his team (two other guys worked on the project with him) are enormously courteous, friendly, and professional and respectful of one another (nice collegiality).
