Dicapi ConstructionPeter and his excellent team of Chris and Chris responded quickly to our now critical situation. They repaired and restored the underlying structural components, replaced the plywood sheathing and finished everything in PVC trim boards.
The employee said he found 4 dead mice inside. When I asked to see them he told me he threw them outside!! When I asked to show where outside they were, our basement door enters a patio, he could no longer find them. This was very strange and unacceptable behavior.
