Ehrlich Pest Control

Be aware that Erhlich was bought by another company. We paid for our yearly termite inspection. It took weeks to get an appointment then nobody showed up for the appointment. When we called again, we were told that they may not honor the contract because we were outside the dates of the contract but the company would not schedule an appointment any time earlier. I called to speak with a manager, was sent to voicemail and no one ever called me back.

I don't remember the cost. They died the day they were here. We tried all types of jump. We don't know if we killed the rat or if they did!

I HAD a monthly contract with them. Big company. Good at collecting money. Not good with service. I should have expected issues since they would show up at my door and ask if I was told of the appointment. I was not. Recently had a mouse issue. 9 calls over 2 days. ZERO response. Technicians were good, but company is poorly managed. I'm going to look for a local company instead of a big corporation.

It was good, was $200 for a visit, then $41 a month for a maintenance contract that covers 39 different pests (mice, etc). I scheduled the appointment Friday, and they came out right on time the next day on Saturday.

The employee said he found 4 dead mice inside. When I asked to see them he told me he threw them outside!! When I asked to show where outside they were, our basement door enters a patio, he could no longer find them. This was very strange and unacceptable behavior.

They would come out anytime you called, they came out right away and they were on time. They did a really awesome job and they were exact.

I have an actual contract I used them for a few years, do their job, only problem with them is the cost. We signed up for another project but they wanted too much.

We are contracted for twice a year service. The service reps are very professional, friendly, very through, and helpful.Scheduling the twice a year contracted visits is usually OK. But we encountered a very rude and uncooperative phone rep when we attempted to schedule an emergency visit for a carpenter ant invasion a year ago. This was right after Watch All was bought out.

Service was very good. Extremely prompt and quick.

Sprayed in May for carpenter ants.  The were some left 1 month later - they sprayed again.

Recommended by a neighbor and they were great and did more than just place traps.  They didn't hesitate to return to ensure the job was done.

I would use them again.  I have the same service technician.  He is just a really good guy and did a good job.  He was pleasant to work with.

It has been 2 years since they came and I have not seen a carpenter ant since.  They did a great job.  When they were here I asked them to do the foundation of the house, and we haven't seen any ants in the house since.  They came right away and were very courteous.

It was a little pricey, but it solved the problem.  They were very professional.

We have had them for ten years, and they are a pretty good company, also, they come on Saturdays. Their services are very nice, and they are very reliable and helpful. I haven’t had any problem with them.

They came when they said they would.  They cleaned up very neat.
